“Ultras Virage Est” was crudely scrawled on the electricity box.
And what about the street. First of all it was very, very steep.
The buildings varied between 6 floors of shabby and 6 floors of derelict.
But on one wall there was a gem. Street art, graffiti or a masterpiece. Decide for yourself.
